I have new rug hooking patterns for 2013 that are now available.
All of my designs are available on etsy at primitivespirit.etsy.com.
This year’s themes are French and Shabby Chic. These have been the elements that have inspired me this year, and are reflected in my work.
I plan to blog about each pattern in more detail in the coming weeks, sharing with you some of my process. This past year as I have worked on each rug for 2013, I have had a hard time keeping my excitement in, and because I would unveil the hooked rugs this year, have only shared with you tiny snippets of the rug hooking adventure that went into each experience. Finally you can see everything in detail!
As there will not be a new catalog for 2013, if you purchase a catalog, Journal will be mailed to you with a new patterns page insert and order blank with updated postage information. As a thank you, every new order will receive a reproduction French postcard!
Have a creative day ~ Karen

The new designs are as Alice said, such sweet little patterns! I love the Queen Bee pillow–that may have to be mine, but–not just yet.

How EXCITING a French theme for 2013 especially since I finally got to see my life time destination this past October! Paris in the fall, I didn’t want to come home! I was so happy to see your blog this morning. I thought I was dropped from your list or something might have happened. I’m glad to see you were preparing for 2013 and what a spectacular beginning. Bravo!

While I love them all, I am most intrigued by ‘Spring is Here’ and just had to buy it – even if I cannot get to it for some time!
