Moving around day in my studio

Today I must be in a Spring cleaning sort of head space, as I want to rip apart my studio and start afresh. After being in this space for almost a year, I liked many things about my current arrangement, but I felt as though my space was not being utilized to its potential. Besides,I think it’s fun to try something new!

A little trick for saving your hands

My hands are my most important tool. When I get a cut on my hand I feel impatient as a band aid reduces my sensitivity, and seems to get in the way of all that I do. I sometimes overwork my hands, and create skin cracks or sensitive spots. It is so hard to be patient and let my hands heal. I have found a product that helps in some circumstances.

I love linen weather. What is linen weather? It’s the time when the seasons gets milder and all I want to wear is linen. When that magic time rolls around, I start thinking about sewing myself something new.
